1927 年，中国会计泰斗潘序伦先生将西方会计理念引入中国，在上海创建了立信会计师事务所，成为中国建立最早和最具影响力的会计师事务所之一。

In 1927, Mr. ShuLun Pan, a leading authority of China’s accounting profession, introduced into China the western accounting concept and established BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs in Shanghai, one of the earliest and most influential accounting firms in China.

1927年潘序伦先生在上海创建了立信会计师事务所。

Mr. ShuLun Pan established BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs in Shanghai.

1986年立信会计师事务所在停办37年后复办。

BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs was reincorporated 37 years later.

2000年6月立信迈出规模化发展的第一步：与上海长江会计师事务所合并，上海立信长江会计师事务所有限公司成立。

BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs took its first step of scale development: Merger with Shu Lun Pan Changjiang CPAs Co. Ltd. ，Shu Lun Pan Yangtze CPAs Co. Ltd. was established.

2009年参与中小企业版IPO项目数名列第一；在中注协百家会计所综合排名中位列第六名。

BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs ranked first in terms of the number of SME board IPO projects involved, and the sixth in the CICPA TOP-100 accounting firms.

2011年1月立信会计师事务所有限公司转制为立信会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）获批准、立信税务师事务所有限公司荣获“AAAAA”级税务师事务所资质。

Shu Lun Pan CPAs Co., Ltd. was approved to be transformed into Shu Lun Pan CPAs (LLP), and Shu Lun Pan Tax Accountant Firm Limited Company was award-ed the qualification of Level-AAAAA tax accountant firm.

2012年10月朱建弟董事长代表中国区出任BDO董事

President Zhu Jiandi took up the post of director of BDO on behalf of BDO China

2013年4月立信正式成为BDO中国唯一成员所

Shu Lun Pan CPAs oﬃcially became the only member of BDO China.

2014年中国BDO立信全面整合，入股香港立信德豪并任董事局主席，稳步推进大中华区发展战略
